A: Recycled polyester is made from repurposed plastic waste, helping reduce landfill waste. It adds durability and a smooth finish to our garments while supporting sustainable fashion practices.

Q: What does GSM mean, and how does it affect the fabric?

A: GSM (grams per square meter) measures fabric weight. Our tees come in 150 GSM to 240 GSM, while our hoodies are made with 260 GSM or 370 GSM, offering the perfect balance of warmth, breathability, and durability.

A: Yes! Our clothes are made with sustainable materials like organic cotton and recycled polyester, and we’re committed to minimizing our environmental impact through ethical production practices.

Q: How does your fabric feel on the skin?

A: Our Apparel are designed with a soft hand feel, making them comfortable and gentle on the skin. The classic drape ensures a relaxed fit that flatters all body types.

Standard Delivery times:

As soon as we get your order it is routed to a production facility that meets your specific order's requirements. The order is then picked, processed and packed within 1-3 business days.

How will the packages be delivered?
We work with a mix of national and commercial postal services. We constantly strive to optimise delivery lead time and cost per country. If you have suggestions or feedback for your country, we’d be happy to hear from you and see if we can improve.

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to over 200 markets, There are a few that we currently are not able to ship to at the moment, this due to either shipping carrier limitations, technical issues or legal restrictions.

For US, UK and the EU we do the fulfilment locally. For the rest of the world, we use EU hubs. Please note that any import related costs will be directed to the end-customer. The costs depend on order value, country specific limits for importation and the product itself.

What happens to orders that could not be delivered or were not picked up?

Sometimes, a parcel cannot be delivered, which usually means an address is incomplete or requires further information. For example, a company name, floor number or C/O is missing. Another scenario is that the parcel is held by customs due to missing information or that a customs fee is required by the parcel’s recipient.

Parcels that cannot be delivered will, eventually, make their way back to us. For European and US orders, this usually takes 1-2 months after it was first shipped out from the printing facility. For other international orders, it may take longer, depending on the processes per country.

Once a parcel is received back to one of our warehouses, we normally have the possibility to update the address information and resend it to the original recipient. Contact us for arranging re-shipping.

Be aware that the reshipping comes with new shipping charges, along with a handling fee of €5 or $5 – the additional shipping cost is dependent on the ship-to-country. The information above is not valid for DHL express orders.​

How can I track my order?
Once your order is ready to be shipped you will receive your tracking via email. Some shipping companies might also notify you via app notifications SMS or e-mail.

We have a 14- day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

4. Storage:

• Store your product in a cool, dry place, and avoid exposure to direct sunlight for extended periods to prevent color fading.
